Store Policies
Refunds: Cash refund if sent back within 30 days, unopened. Credit refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. We will replace any damaged item.
Returns: Any item being returned must be accompanied with a written statement referring to the reason for the return within 30 days of delivery. All items returned should be in the same condition as when received.
30 day warranty: All products are guaranteed against defect for 30 days from date of delivery and will be replaced free of charge. Products must be returned at customer's cost within 30 days of delivery accompanied with a written statement referring to the reason for the return.
Shipping & Handling: Shipping and handling costs are calculated at the time of purchase.
All products are shipped via regular USPS mail with a 7 to 10 day delivery time to be expected.
All products shipped are insured. Any evidence of damage in transit should be reported immediately to the shipper. Handling charges are determined by the quantity of the shipment.
Privacy: Any and all information provided by our customers to us is held in strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third party or government agency unless required by law.
Security: BPC employs security for online transactions. Utilizing Secure Socket Layers (SSL), your information is encrypted before being sent across the Internet.
Payment Methods Accepted: Credit Card only. We honor VISA, Master Card and Discover. Any charge backs by customers carry an automatic $20 dollar restocking fee. We provide in store credit only when products are returned within 30 days of delivery with a written reason for the return.
